Discovering spirituality is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Not only did it help me tremendously with my career as an elite pro athlete... but when the chips were down, identity was lost, and life was a mess, spirituality was there to help me trust and evolve through to the other side.

The more I discover who I am, the less fear I have to let my real authenticity shine through. The more FREE I become, the more trust I have to walk my own walk, and listen to my intuition. This helps me be a better sister, wife, daughter, dog mom, yoga teacher, and creator... spirit has helped me be a better me.

Because my desire for peace, freedom, and alignment was so strong, the universe introduced me to exceptional teachers and mentors along the way. And I am so excited to bring them to this course, and share them with you! So you can have a chance to learn from their wisdom and dive deeper into their teachings too.

Now I find myself playing in the magic of synchronicity, understanding the darkness, hungry for truth, depth, and nothing lights me up more than connection to myself, others, and of course the universe.

Although I still have lifetimes more to learn, and will always be a student first... I feel I am at a place now where I can share my stories of spirit, love, loss, magic, god, and my incredible mentors and friends with others.... aka. YOU!!

Numbers have been significant for humans since we began to record and understand them and their deeper meanings, Numbers have been a huge and very exciting part of my own awakening as a bridge between the physical and spiritual dimensions.
